 Randy's mother has established a bank account to collect funds to purchase essential items and pay for medical expenses for Randy. Any assistance you provide will help alleviate the huge financial burden on the family. Donations can be made by direct deposit to any Toronto Dominion Bank or to Dee Hogle:

Transfer costs from Thu Duc prison to Hanoi Prison.
The family must purchase a one-way ticket for Randy & a two-way ticket for his prison escort - approx. $400 Canadian Dollars [US$356/AU$477].
This will be done via the Embassy of Canada in Hanoi.
