Here you will find the application forms and information materials that are to be used for Australians imprisoned in Thailand to apply for transfer under the International Transfer of Prisoners scheme. The Australian Embassy in Bangkok has this information and makes it available to Australian prisoners upon request.

Completed application forms should be given to representatives of the Australian Embassy in Bangkok, who will arrange for the applications to be forwarded to the Attorney-General's Department. The pack contains:

3. "Legal Consequences of Transfer - information for prisoners applying to be transferred to Australia"
4. "Consent to use and disclosure of personal information" form
5. "Privacy Information Sheet - Internatoinal Transfer of Prisoners"
6. Application forms.
