Brussels, Canberra, Moscow, Paris, Washington - 8 October 2003
On the initiative of the Lao Movement for Human Rights, and the Forum Asia Democracy demonstrations will be held on 26 October 2003 outside the embassies of Lao P.D.R in Brussels, Canberra, Moscow, Paris and Washington in favour of democracy, freedom and national reconciliation in Laos, against persecution of ethnic minorities and religious repression and for the immediate release of the 5 leaders of the 26 October 1999 Movement, Thongpaseuth Keuakoun, Seng-Aloun Phengphanh, Khamphouvieng Sisa-At, Bouavanh Chanmanivong and Keochay, who have not been heard of since they were arrested in October 1999.
The demonstrations will be held on Saturday 26 October 2002 the fourth anniversary of the 26 October 1999 Movement in Vientiane.

A l'initiative du Mouvement Lao pour les Droits de l'Homme, et du Forum Asie-Démocratie, des manifestations auront lieu le 26 octobre 2003 devant les ambassades de la R.D.P Lao à Bruxelles, Canberra, Moscou, Paris et Washington en faveur de la démocratie, de la liberté et de la réconciliation nationale au Laos, contre les persécutions des minorités ethniques et des répressions religieuses et pour la libération immédiate des 5 leaders du Mouvement du 26 octobre 1999, MM. Les manifestations auront lieu le dimanche 26 octobre 2003, 4ème anniversaire du Mouvement du 26 octobre 1999 à Vientiane
